The Prospect House is an emergency shelter available to adults on a daily basis. They provide comprehensive case management services to meet the varied and complex needs of individuals who are homeless.
During the Christmas season, we have an important outreach program called The Jesse Tree where our parishioners donate new, warm winter clothing to the residents of the Prospect House. We festively wrap the presents and deliver them the week of Christmas in the hopes of spreading some holiday cheer!
Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (IRIS) is a non-profit agency located in New Haven, CT whose mission is to help refugees and other displaced people establish new lives, strengthen hope, and contribute to the vitality of Connecticut’s communities. Christ Church regularly collects new and gently used clothing and household items for this organization.
